One client of ours is based in Australia and they are in the equipment industry, specialising in brewery equipment sourced from a manufacturer in China. As a growing company, they manage the full client relationship locally, from sales to equipment installation.
When we first connected, the directors were wearing too many hats. They were personally handling sales, day-to-day operations, invoicing, payment follow-ups, and international freight coordination—all at once. GROWTH was happening but it was coming at a cost to their time and clarity.
